You can design a custom honor stole for your graduates to order. Choose from multiple colors and design options, including custom text or artwork. You can require all graduates to order the stole, or give them the choice. You can even add a message explaining who should order the stoles.

Here's where you'll enter your class verse or motto, which will then be available as an option for your graduates to add to their diploma. You'll see your text appear in the diploma preview.

If you have a name for your homeschool, enter it here! It will be printed at the top of the document in our Old English font.
If you don't have a name for your homeschool, you can also use "Diploma of Graduation" or "Certificate of Graduation".

The 'graduation date' is the day you'll present the diploma to your graduate. On the diploma, it's written out in words: "...this seventeenth day of May, Two thousand twenty-three".
If you don't know the exact date, you can choose "No Specific Day" and the diploma will say "...this month of (May, June, etc.)..."
We sell diplomas only to administrators of legally-established schools. This includes homeschooling parents who are in compliance with the laws of their state. We do not sell diplomas directly to students.
By checking this box, you're verifying that the graduate was schooled according to state law, that you have the authority to issue the diploma, and that all claims made on the diploma are your responsibility.

If you are an administrator or officer of the school, then yes - and we're happy to serve you! If you're a student ordering a diploma for yourself, no - you should contact your school for a diploma :)
This is another opportunity to express the unique values and priorities of your school! A seal is both a mark of authenticity and an expression of core principles.
An Honors Seal reflects extraordinary academic achievement. It's an embossed gold-foil seal placed in the lower left corner of the diploma.
The Latin seals, (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude), correspond with the English (Honors, High Honors, and Highest Honors), respectively.
Honors status is usually determined by the student's GPA, but ultimately the decision rests with you, the school administrator. Here's one common system:
Both papers are excellent choices. They are both heavy (65lb Cardstock), beautiful and high quality.
Ivory Parchment (Most Popular) has a slightly textured surface and an "antique" color.
Cream Paper has a smooth surface and warm coloring.
Right under the school name is space for a short line of text. This can be the city and state of your homeschool - "Chicago, Illinois" - or a short motto like "Pursuing Excellence and Godliness". There's room for up to 40 characters here.
The "wording" of the diploma is the central text that describes the graduate's accomplishment.
This is an opportunity to precisely reflect the milestone your graduate has reached! Select any wording to see your design change.
This is a wonderful way to express an important idea that's influenced your homeschooling journey, or to bless your graduate and remind them of an essential truth that will guide them as they move into adulthood.

The "Signature Titles" are printed underneath the signature lines and clarify the authority of the signers.
You, the homeschool parent, are the one issuing the diploma, so you will sign it. And you are the administrator(s) of your homeschool - so titles like "Administrator" or "Principal" are completely appropriate.
We recommend signing your name on one side, and writing out the date on the other. The "Administrator & Date" option works well here.
There are four common patterns for signature titles:
We recommending using the same pattern for both left and right signatures. For example, if the left side says "Signature of Administrator" (the "Descrptive Phrase" pattern), use another descriptive phrase for the right side - i.e. "Dated by Administrator" instead of "Date" or "June 3, 2023".
The state you select will be inserted into the diploma wording: "...in accordance with the regulations of the State of _________..."
If you live in Kentucky, Massechusetts, Pennsylvania or Virginia you'll see that you have the option of "State of ____" or "Commonwealth of ___". Both are correct; we offer the option here because these 4 states technically refer to themselves as Commonwealths.
Your selection here influences the 2nd sentence in the diploma wording, which refers to the document as a "culmination" of the graduate's education. We offer these options so you can more precisely reflect the milestone!
We offer two versions of the "Godly Wisdom" wording.
The wording you've chosen contains gender pronouns such as he/she, son/daughter, etc. We don't use this (or any info about your graduate!) for any other purpose.
Each graduate's gender will need to be selected here as you add the diplomas to your cart.
If you want all of your graduates to have the same color for their diploma cover, you can specify it here.
Our padded diploma covers are wrapped with a high-quality smooth leatherette. All of the color options are handsome muted tones that elevate the occasion and work well with our graduate regalia.
This is another opportunity to express your graduate's personality or represent your school colors! Black is by far the most popular choice, but all 7 options have a formal, traditional feel.
If you want the same design foil-embossed on the front of the diploma covers, you can specify that design here. Otherwise, each family will be able to choose the design they prefer.

The design you choose is hot-foil stamped into the front of your diploma cover. The process embosses the gold down into the surface of the cover for a three-dimensional look.

Our diplomas and covers are available in 2 sizes. If you want all of your grads to have the same size diploma/cover, you can specify it here - or you can allow them to choose.
8.5 x 11 (most popular): The diploma cover hinges at the top; the diploma is a standard letter size (horizontal) and has more "white space" around the sections of printed text.
6 x 8: A smaller size popular with public high schools. The diploma cover hinges on the side like a book, and the diploma layout is adjusted to fit everything on the smaller page.
Your selection here impacts the overall size of the diploma and diploma cover.
We are very speedy! Expedited Delivery will get most items, including diplomas, to you in just 2 business days. And even with Standard Delivery, most orders are at your doorstep within one week!

A laminated, credit-card-sized version of the main diploma. The Wallet Diploma summarizes the content of the main document, in a portable version.
You'll sign the main diploma by hand, but since the wallet diploma is laminated, we print your "signatures" on it in a script font before laminating.

Any upgrades you've made to your diploma will be included on the Archive, except for hand calligraphy and 23kt-gold illumination.
Yes!...if you're the administrator of a legitimate school (this includes homeschool parents in compliance with state laws), and if you're ordering the diploma for your student who has actually done what the diploma says they've done, then your signature on the diploma makes it a legitmate legal document.
However, note that we are not a school or accrediting agency. We do not "issue" diplomas or ratify the information on them, and we don't make any guarantees that the graduate will be accepted into a college, job, or military based on the document. We provide graphic art and printing services to school administrators who wish to purchase a diploma. All claims made on the diploma are the responsibility of the customer.
