This agreement is between Cornerstone Graduate Supply DBA HomeschoolDiploma.com (“we”, “us”) and its affiliate partners (“you”, “affiliate”, “affiliates”).

 Enrollment & Approval

Enrollment as an affiliate is by invite only and is done through our affiliate portal (“portal”) at homeschooldiploma.com/affiliates. After applying for affiliate status through the portal, affiliate applications must be approved by us for the affiliate partnership to be established.

Upon approval, your affiliate portal will update with information showing any referral tracking mechanisms (“RTMs”) such as affiliate links and coupons. We may grant additional RTMs from time to time as we see fit or in communication with you.

Commission

Unless a special agreement is reached outside of these terms, our commission rate is 5% of non-shipping, non-tax sales generated through your RTMs. Excluded products include Custom Graduate Packages and any product already on sale.

Payouts

Due to the seasonality of our business, we issue payouts three times per year:

1. By April 15th for commission earned Jan 1 through March 31
2. By July 15th for commission earned April 1 through June 30
3. By January 15^th for commission earned July 1 through December 31

Unless otherwise arranged with us, payouts will be made via check to the address we have on file for you. You may update this address at any time by emailing us at affiliates@homeschooldiploma.com

Promotional Standards

You agree to follow any and all applicable state and federal laws as they regard the endorsement or promotion of our business or products. The FTC requires clear and conspicuous endorsement disclosures directly adjacent to any affiliate links. Prohibited Activities:

Fraudulent activity such as coupon code poaching, cookie stuffing, fake reviews, and bidding on our brand name in search ads are prohibited, and may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and withholding of commissions.

Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraud and to change these terms at any time with notice. We also reserve the right to terminate this agreement and/or our entire affiliate program at any time. If we exercise this right we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and will pay out any unpaid commission within 30 days of terminating the program.
