Returns & Refund Policy
Because every order we produce is custom-made, our return and refund policies are a little different than those of retailers selling standard products. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us—we’ll do our absolute best to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or does not match the approved order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and determine the best solution, which may include remaking your order, replacing the item, or issuing a refund when appropriate.
- Customized Items: We do not accept returns on custom-printed items, but your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely delighted with our products or our service, please contact us. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
- Non-Customized Items: We accept returns on stock items within 30 days of the original purchase date. First, contact us to receive an RMA. Then return the item(s) to us with the carrier of your choice. If we receive the item(s) in new condition within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly—sometimes within one hour of receiving them.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has begun, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to an order cancellation, order change, or another qualifying circumstance, we’ll issue the refund using the same payment method you originally used whenever possible.
If we’re unable to refund your credit or debit card because the account has been closed, we’ll issue payment by check or money order after 90 days.
Shipping Issues
We work hard to ensure every order arrives on time.
If your order is lost, damaged during shipping, or delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Depending on the situation, we may remake and reship your order, refund your shipping charges, or provide another appropriate solution.
While we’ll do everything we reasonably can to help, delivery delays outside our control may limit the options available, especially if we’re notified after the needed delivery date has passed.
Gown Sizing
If your graduation gown doesn’t fit properly, we’ll work with you to help you get the correct size.

Diploma Eligibility
We are a printing and graphic arts company—not a school or accrediting agency.
We do not issue diplomas, administer testing, or verify the information printed on any diploma. We provide printing services for school administrators, including homeschool parents, who have the authority to issue diplomas.
By purchasing a diploma from us, you accept full responsibility for the information and claims represented on that diploma.
We do not sell diplomas directly to students, nor do we produce replacement, novelty, or honorary diplomas. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe is intended for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
For legitimate customers, we also reserve the right to require a different school name on a diploma if the submitted name belongs to an existing third-party institution that issues its own diplomas.
